Wine Valley Catering

Last night we enjoyed an amazing vendors reception at the Harvest Inn in St. Helena. The event was Catered by our darling new friend Debbe, with Wine Valley Catering, who’s crew and work we able to capture in action. The event featured well over 100 other local vendors including, event coordinators, photographers, chefs, pastry chefs, architects, Wine Tasting room managers, Winery’s, Hotel owners, and so many more.

As you wondered between the candle lit tent and the reception room of the Inn, the conversation was friendly and yet very nostalgic of my many memories of this valleys charm. People gathering together for yet another chance to encourage, catch up, and delightfully laugh about memories past and present. One would seem to quickly forget this gathering was centered around business by the warmth each individual expressed to one another. The success of yourself by means of soloing your talents and gifts is not the motive in this arena. You can over hear the testimonies resound of how each others success came by not their own effort, but by the relationships they had estabilshed amougst their peers.

We were honored to meet so many, and establish new relationships.

Here are a few images of Wine Valley Caterings doing what they do, and the results.

The Harvest Inn-St. Helena, Ca

This weekend I was so excited to meet up with Liz at the Harvest Inn in St. Helena, CA. The inn is located at the very entrance to St. Helena, just 15 minutes north of the city of Napa. You would relate its architecture most to a English Tudor style, with other European hints throughout. The brick and wood work details have to be seen by the human eye and the cottage style accomidations are spread out on 8 rich, lush green acres (no pun intended:)).

This evening we will be back at the Harvest Inn to join hundreds of other vendors for an open house so if you are in town and want to stop and say hi we will be there from 5:00pm on!!!

Here are a few pictures I captured on Saturday while on the property.

Enjoy and more to come from the beautiful Napa Valley!

Amanda + Matt

Over the last few months, it’s been a joy getting to know Matt and Amanda!! Believe it or not, these two little lovebirds went to elementary school together. Though they didn’t share a love interest back then, their siblings were very close friends and were “adopted” by the other’ families. At that time, they didn’t realize that their familes would be sharing this great life together! How lucky for them. Their friendship parted ways as Amanda moved away and went to a different school, but surprise, surprise…what do you think happened when they met up again? After a re-introduction and some time together, these two found each other again and discovered that they made a great match!

Amanda and Matt, thank you so much for allowing us to be there with your family and friends to capture your special day. There were so many fun moments and great memories made! We have enjoyed getting to know you from the first time we met at Panera Bread and your wedding day seemed so far away! Now it has come and gone so quickly it seems, but we wish you the very best of happiness, laughter, and love together! We know you will be making each other laugh for a very, very long time.:)Here a few of our favorite images and be sure to click the “Play” button on the slideshow at the end. Hope you enjoy re-living your beautiful day!

Boys will be boys (even in tuxedos!)

Gotta love Amanda’s awesome magenta shoes!
