Amanda + Matt Engagements

Adventurous. That's how I would sum up Amanda and Matt's engagement session in San Francisco. Since that's where Matt proposed to Amanda, and they left their hearts there (are you singing that song in your head yet?), of course, we had to go there for their engagement photos!

We had a blast scouting out different parts of the city; small streets, big streets, alleys, and parks. Amanda and Matt have a way of making you feel so comfortable and we talked the entire time. Ok, well...I talked the entire time! :) The way they were able to spell out their relationship naturally in front of the camera left them with some incredible images that really capture who they are together. The most "adventurous" part came at the end of the night when we were supposed to catch the last flight home.....from Oakland airport.....and we were stranded.....at Golden Gate Park...an HOUR before the flight was supposed to leave!!!!!!!! Right when I called to tell Julie that we weren't going to make it home that night, we found a limo who kindly rushed us to the airport and we made it onto the airplane....with 5 minutes to spare before take-off. You've never seen three people running, barreling, leaping through the airport as fast as we were! We left security so fast, I was running in my socks, through the terminal with my shoes and belt in hand along with my photo pack bouncing on my back. I still can't believe we made it.

Amanda and Matt, thanks so much for sharing this adventure with me. I thoroughly enjoyed the two of you and our time together. We are looking forward to your wedding day with much anticipation. And Happy Birthday Amanda...we hope these images make your birthday even happier!
