If you know Lauren & Ron, you’ll know that they each have very big & bright personalities! On the day that they tied the knot at Ron’s family winery, they combined those eccentric personalities and ideas to create an experience designed specifically to encourage their guests to kick up their heels and celebrate. When we got the invitation that stated the celebration time as “6:00 p.m. until dawn”, we knew we were in for a fun time! I love how Lauren and Ron made the day their own by incorporating their own personal styles. Ron definitely exuded style in his custom wedding attire and waited, holding baby Jack Henry, for Lauren to arrive at the ceremony-in-the-round in her father’s Shelby Cobra. Perhaps the highlight of the evening was just about twilight when a helicopter began circling above the property. The helicopter hovered just above the barrel room when the door opened and a hand came out for a wave from Elton John, well more specifically Almost Elton John that is. After his arrival by helicopter, Almost Elton, entertainer Craig A Meyer, moved straight into the first dance to “Your Song” and entertained the crowd far into the night. He was brilliant! All in all, after fireworks, a sparkler tunnel, and the all night party in the barrel room, it was an over the top, super fun day spent celebrating Lauren & Ron, and I suspect, it was just the way they wanted it.
Ron & Lauren, we wish you many years of happiness to come with your little family! We are so glad that we had the opportunity to meet you and celebrate your awesome day with you!
